Good initiative, but the real test is implementation. We've seen announcements before. Will these vehicles actually be available when a farmer in a remote village calls 112? The focus on the drug war is needed, but we need to see sustained action, not just statements.

Punjab Police does an incredible job, especially on the border. Salute to their bravery. The new vehicles will definitely help them. The war on drugs is the need of the hour. Jai Hind!

As someone who recently moved to Chandigarh, it's reassuring to see investment in public safety infrastructure. The integrated tech (GPS, dash cams) is standard in many countries and should improve accountability. Hope the "zero tolerance" policy is applied uniformly.

Confiscating property of drug smugglers is a strong and correct move. Hit them where it hurts. 10,000 arrests is a big number. If this momentum continues, Punjab's youth have a brighter future. Bhagwant Mann saab seems determined.

The intention is good, but what about police reforms and addressing the root causes of drug abuse? Job creation, better education? Vehicles and arrests are one part. We need a holistic approach to truly make Punjab healthy again.
