Good strategic move. Securing our maritime interests in the Indian Ocean is non-negotiable. Collaborating with island nations like Seychelles on surveillance helps counter piracy and protects vital trade routes. The economic package is a smart investment in long-term friendship.

While the diplomacy is impressive, I hope our own pressing domestic issues like inflation and unemployment get equal focus and funding. Foreign policy wins are important, but we must balance external engagements with internal development. Just a thought.

The mention of improving air connectivity and tourism is key. Makes Seychelles more accessible for Indian tourists and boosts their economy. Win-win. Hope to see direct flights from more Indian cities soon.
