I don't understand why our PM needs to mention Bollywood songs on foreign visits. Shouldn't he focus on more serious stuff like trade or security? This feels like a distraction from real issues.
This is what makes India special! Our culture resonates across borders. KKHH is timeless, and seeing our PM use it diplomatically is pure genius. Karan Johar's reaction shows how much this means to creators. Jai Hind! 🙏
As someone who grew up watching KKHH on VHS, this gives me all the feels! PM Modi connecting with people through pop culture is a masterstroke. The "kuch kuch" to "bahut kuch" line was perfect 👌
I'm from the US but have been following Indian culture for years. This is amazing to see! Bollywood truly unites South Asia, and it's great when leaders acknowledge it. PM Modi just made KKHH an international anthem 😄
While I appreciate the sentiment, I wish we'd also discuss our shared heritage like Ramayana in Southeast Asia alongside Bollywood. Still, nice to see our PM being relatable and making everyone smile. Soft power matters too!
