Heartbreaking loss of 10 lives - all because of a head-on collision. The ex-gratia announcement shows the PM cares, but we need stricter road enforcement. So many rural roads lack proper dividers and signage. CM Yogi's words are comforting, but action matters more. 😢
Condolences to all families affected. The immediate financial aid is helpful, but Rs 2 lakh feels inadequate given the economic impact on a family losing a breadwinner. Hopefully local welfare schemes also support these villages in the long term.
Another tragic accident on UP roads 😞 This is the third such incident this year in the region. PM Modi and CM Yogi's quick response is appreciated, but we need better road engineering - proper dividers, speed breakers, and stricter enforcement. Rs 50k for injured is too less for serious injuries.
Deeply saddened by this loss. The government's response shows they care, but we must ask why rural roads remain so dangerous. Head-on collisions are preventable with proper barriers. My thoughts go out to the bereaved families - hope they get all support.
Sad news early morning. Prayers for the deceased 🙏 The ex-gratia amount is standard but I wish compensation was higher given inflation. Also, the van driver error or truck driver error needs investigation - usually both sides share blame. Hope justice is done.
