While I respect her philanthropic work, I sometimes wonder if such awards for industrialists are truly merit-based or a gesture. That said, her foundation's projects in sports and women's empowerment are visible and commendable.

The scale of her work is impressive. Supporting 40,000 students at KISS alone is no small feat. It's good to see philanthropy being recognized in the education sector, which needs all the help it can get.

Her emphasis on there being no difference between boys and girls is the message India needs. True nation-building starts with empowering every child, regardless of gender. Reliance Foundation's work in sports academies is a great example of this.
