'Together We Can' theme is nice, but I hope the port also focuses on reducing pollution in surrounding areas. Many residents near the port have raised concerns about air quality. Development should be sustainable.

Interesting to see 63 projects worth over Rs 5,000 crore. But I'm a bit skeptical - many such announcements get made and then we hear nothing. Would love to see some progress tracking publicly. Nevertheless, happy foundation day to Mumbai Port Trust! 🇮🇳

The port has been the lifeline of Mumbai's economy since British times. Glad to see the government acknowledging its role in Viksit Bharat 2047 vision. The cruise terminal project will definitely boost Mumbai's tourism sector. Need more such heritage institutions modernizing themselves.

As someone whose grandfather worked at Mumbai Port, this is close to my heart. Happy to see the workers and employees being recognized. But I wish more attention was given to the welfare of dock workers and their families who have served for generations.

154 years and still going strong! The investment in energy infrastructure and reclamation projects sounds promising. But I hope environmental impact assessments are being done properly - we can't afford another coastal ecology disaster like what happened in other projects.
