Great initiative, but I hope the selection process was truly merit-based and transparent. Sometimes these events become about connections rather than talent. The youth deserve a fair chance.

The City Beautification Drive with Dorbar Shnong is a brilliant model of community-led development. More states should learn from this participatory approach. Real change happens at the grassroots.

The grants for beautification are a good start, but maintenance is the real challenge. Hope the community takes ownership long-term. Also, 50 youth leaders is a good number from one state! 👏
