Rs 66 lakh bounty! That's a huge amount. While the surrender is good news, I hope the government ensures these individuals are properly rehabilitated and don't just return to old ways. The real test begins now.

March 31 deadline by Amit Shah ji seems ambitious, but seeing this news gives hope. When the top leader surrenders, the rest lose morale. Good job by the police. Jai Hind!

As someone who has read about the tribal issues in that region, I hope this surrender leads to actual development work reaching the people. Often, Naxalism fills a vacuum where governance fails. The government must follow through.

Surrendering an AK-47 and INSAS is significant. These weapons cause so much harm. Peace is the only way forward for development. Kudos to the police for their persistent efforts.

While the news is positive, setting a hard deadline like March 31 for eradicating a complex issue like Naxalism feels more like a political target than a practical one. The focus should be on sustainable peace, not just meeting a date.
