This hits home. My mother too would always insist on feeding everyone before herself. It's a very desi mom thing. Losing a parent is never easy, especially when they were your best friend. Stay strong Zareen!

While it's a touching post, I wish she mentioned a charity or memorial fund in her mother's name instead of just a social media post. But grief is personal, and I respect her way of processing it.

"Making sure everyone ate was her life mission" — this is SO true for most Indian mothers na? They'll skip their own meal but will make sure you're well fed. May Parveen ji rest in peace. Zareen, continue her legacy of love and care. ❤️

The video montage must be so precious. My mom passed away three years ago and I still can't watch old videos without breaking down. Zareen's courage to share such personal memories is commendable. Sending love and strength. 🙏

It's a beautiful reminder that no matter how famous or successful we become, the bond with our mother remains the most sacred. Zareen's simplicity in expressing her grief through "chota baby" and "Jannat" is heartbreakingly beautiful. May Allah grant her mother the highest place in paradise. Ameen.
