Interesting to see Mangesh Joshi moving from YASHADA to Tourism. Pune's loss is Mumbai's gain, I suppose. Tourism needs dynamic leadership, especially post-pandemic. All the best to him!

As someone who follows governance, these frequent, small-scale reshuffles seem inefficient. Wouldn't it be better to have longer tenures for officers to truly understand and fix issues in their departments? Just a thought.

Good to see young officers like Kushal Jain and Revaiah Dongre getting postings in key positions in Solapur and Yavatmal. These are challenging districts. Hope they connect with the ground reality and work for development. 👍

Not the IAS officer! Just a namesake. But it's funny to see my name in the news. On a serious note, the transfer from a tribal project area to Nashik Municipal Corp is a big jump. Wishing him the best.

The real test is whether these transfers lead to better service delivery for common people. From Khadi Board to Planning Dept, Child Rights to Energy... hope the expertise transfers too and not just the person!
