Good to see a woman, Jagdish Miniyar sir, being posted as Commissioner for Women and Child in Pune. That department needs strong and sensitive leadership. Wishing him the best.

As an observer, the frequency is interesting. 25 on April 2, 11 on April 7, now 4+5. Is this strategic administrative planning or just keeping officers on their toes? Stability in key posts like Jal Jeevan Mission is also important.

Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar getting a new Divisional Commissioner. Hope Shri G. Sreekanth focuses on the development needs of the Marathwada region. Water issues, industrial growth - plenty to do!

Respectfully, while transfers are an administrative tool, this constant churn can disrupt long-term projects. An officer just gets familiar with a role and is moved. Hope there's a clear vision behind each move.

Good to see young officers like Kushal Jain (2022 batch) getting postings as CEO of Zilla Parishad. Bringing fresh energy to grassroots administration in Solapur is needed. All the best to him!
