Good step, but I hope the land acquisition is done fairly and doesn't displace local farmers or communities. We've seen issues with such projects before. The focus on AI for power management is also very smart, especially with the summer heat.

Educity near Navi Mumbai airport makes perfect sense for connectivity. Will boost the entire region's economy. My only request to the CM sir: please ensure the infrastructure like roads, metro, and housing keeps pace with this development. Jai Maharashtra!

As an academic, I'm cautiously optimistic. The blueprint is ready, which is good. The real test will be execution and sustaining the quality over decades. Attracting top faculty is just as important as attracting universities. Fingers crossed!

Finally some forward thinking! Medicity is especially needed. We have brilliant doctors but our healthcare infrastructure needs this boost. Combining it with an Educity for medical research could put India on the global health map. Thumbs up!

The AI for power management is the unsung hero of this announcement. Power cuts in summer are a major headache for homes and industries. If AI can predict demand and manage supply efficiently, it will be a huge relief for everyone.
