Mumbai, April 25

Emotions ran high on the sets of 'Laughter Chefs 3' as actor Govinda's wife Ssunita Ahuja shared an emotional reunion with Krushna Abhishek and Kashmera Shah.

In a new promo released by Colors TV, Ssunita Ahuja is seen making a surprise entry on the show and calling out to Krushna.

The comedian is seen rushing towards her and embracing her warmly. The moment soon turns emotional as Krushna says that 14 years have passed before bending down to touch her feet.

Despite the emotional reunion, Krushna made sure to add his trademark humour. He joked that he had found a parking space at her feet and that now two cars needed parking, referring to himself and wife, Kashmera Shah.

Kashmera Shah also appeared visibly emotional during the reunion and apologised to Ssunita Ahuja, saying, "I'm so sorry."Take a look

For the unversed, the family fallout dates back to 2018 when Ssunita Ahuja had reportedly taken offence to a tweet by Kashmera Shah about "people who dance for money," believing it was directed at Govinda. The incident led to a rift between the families, with both sides maintaining distance over the years.

Krushna Abhishek had later clarified that the tweet was not aimed at Govinda but referred to his sister Arti Singh. However, the misunderstanding led to a prolonged public fallout between the families.

Honestly, this whole drama feels a bit manufactured for TRP. 14 years of silence and suddenly a hug on a reality show? I'm happy they're patching up, but let's not pretend this isn't great publicity for the show. 🤷‍♂️

Kashmera apologizing is a big step. In Indian families, ego often comes before relationships, and it's nice to see someone putting family first. Hope this brings peace to the entire Govinda family. 🙏

As someone who follows Bollywood from abroad, this is fascinating. The way family feuds become public spectacles in India is unique. Kudos to them for mending fences, even if it's on camera. Better late than never.

The parking joke was classic Krushna! Even in emotional moments, he knows how to lighten the mood. But seriously, why do families let small things fester for years? My own family has similar issues. Hope this inspires others to reach out.👍

I love that Ssunita didn't hold a grudge and came to support Krushna. That takes a lot of grace. And Kashmera apologizing publicly is not easy in our society. This is a beautiful lesson in forgiveness for everyone watching. 🥹
