Constructive dialogue is always welcome, but I hope the CM doesn't forget Karnataka's pending demands—especially the special status for drought-prone areas and more funds for education. Cooperative federalism works both ways.
He gifted a deity sculpture to PM Modi—that's a nice cultural touch. Politics aside, such gestures show respect. Let's hope the Centre reciprocates with tangible support for Karnataka's ambitious goals.
CM is doing the right thing by meeting both the PM and FM. But we've seen such meetings before—most end with promises. I'll believe it when I see progress on Bengaluru's traffic mess and irrigation in north Karnataka.
A meeting of this nature is crucial for Karnataka's development. The state contributes massively to India's economy via IT and manufacturing, yet it often feels overlooked in central funding. Hope the CM pushed hard for a fair share.
"Viksit Bharat 2047" sounds grand, but does it include pragmatic steps for states like Karnataka? The CM should focus on winning back the trust of people who feel the state's voice is getting lost in Delhi's corridors. Arre, we need results, not just photo ops.
