While I admire her fitness journey, sometimes these posts feel a bit out of touch. Most of us are struggling with daily commutes and work stress, and seeing perfect 'aerial sessions' in a bright studio can feel like a different world. Just my two cents.

Love the mix of workout and personal life! The pets are so cute 🐕🐈. It's refreshing to see a celebrity post that's not just glamour shots but also normal moments with friends and chai (or coffee in her case!).

The strength and core control required for that is no joke. As someone who tried a beginner class once, I have immense respect. Also, "showing up everyday" is the real mantra, be it for fitness or anything else.

Good for her! But honestly, I'm more interested in when we'll see her back in a good film. She was great in 'Kick' and 'Murder 2'. Hope her professional front gets as much attention as her fitness one soon.

The caption says it all – faith, God, friends, family. It's a wholesome message. In our fast-paced lives, we often forget these pillars. Her photo dump is a nice little reminder to appreciate the simple things.
