'It's so disheartening': Sonakshi Sinha reacts to Jharkhand students' protest over exam irregularities

Actress Sonakshi Sinha has expressed concern over the ongoing student protest in Jharkhand against alleged irregularities in the 14th Jharkhand Public Service Commission Combined Civil Services Examination and the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level Examination.
The 'Dabangg' actor shared a video on her Instagram Stories highlighting the reasons behind the protest at Jaipal Singh Munda Stadium in Ranchi.
Sharing the video, Sonakshi wrote, "It's so disheartening to see students of our country go through this. When will it stop?"
Meanwhile, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Tuesday said the state government has "eyes and ears" and is sensitive to students' concerns amid the ongoing protests.
Speaking to reporters, Soren assured that the government would address the students' grievances and said justice would be delivered after the investigation into the alleged irregularities reaches its conclusion.
The Chief Minister said the government is awaiting the findings of the investigation being conducted into the matter and that the outcome would be communicated to students and people of the state.

It's good that she's concerned, but where were these celebrities when students were being lathi-charged in other states? This is just another Instagram story to show she's "woke". Actions speak louder than stories, yaar.
As someone from Jharkhand, this issue hits close to home. Students prepare for years, and then such irregularities destroy their future. Hemant Soren ji needs to act fast - the "eyes and ears" statement is good, but students want results, not speeches. Kudos to Sonakshi for speaking up.
This is the reality of our exam system. Paper leaks, result manipulation, quota politics - students are the ones who suffer. Hemant Soren says investigation is ongoing, but we all know how these "investigations" end. Need a transparent system, not just celebrity endorsements.
Proud of Sonakshi for using her voice. The police should have been sensitive to the students' agitation - many have traveled from remote villages with dreams of government jobs. Jaipal Singh Munda Stadium is now a symbol of their fight. The CM's assurance better be genuine. 💪
The students are absolutely right to protest. But celebrities posting stories without any real action or context can be problematic too. The issue needs systemic solutions - computer-based exams, CCTV monitoring, and strict anti-leak laws. Hopefully this pressure brings real change.
