Joining the frame were his co-stars Ranvir Shorey, Kiran Juneja, and Parvinn Dabass - the ones who portrayed the iconic Khosla family in the first film.

Honestly, I'm a bit skeptical. The original was perfect—a simple, brilliant story about a common man's fight. Sequels often fail to capture the same magic. Fingers crossed Dibakar Banerjee's writing and direction keep it authentic and don't turn it into just another comedy.

Anupam Kher is right about the recall value! "Khopdi tod saale ka" is still a legendary line 😂. It's a film that defined an era of content-driven cinema before the term was even popular. Excited to see what the Khosla family is up to now, probably dealing with some new Delhi-style problem!

The original was a masterclass in storytelling. No big stars, no crazy VFX, just pure relatable content. I hope the sequel doesn't try to modernize it too much with unnecessary glamour. Keep it real, keep it Delhi!

As someone who discovered this film much later, it's amazing to see its lasting impact. It's a brilliant slice-of-life comedy that transcends borders. The announcement has my Indian friends here in the US very excited too. Great to see the entire cast returning.

Boman Irani as Khurana was iconic! "Mera naam hai Khurana..." The casting was perfect. Hope the sequel gives us more of that brilliant confrontation between Khosla and Khurana. This is the kind of news that makes your day. 2024 release can't come soon enough!
