Hostels for women and for STEM fields are a much-needed step. As a working woman in tech, safe and affordable accommodation is a huge concern. Hoping the implementation on the ground matches the vision. Fingers crossed!

All these big numbers sound great, but will the common man actually feel the relief? My main worry is inflation. Infrastructure is important, but so is controlling the price of daily essentials. The budget needs to address that balance.

The emphasis on environmentally sustainable transport is a very positive and forward-looking move. Seven high-speed rail corridors could be a game-changer for reducing carbon footprint and congestion. Hope the environmental assessments are thorough.
