Infrastructure development is always welcome, but I hope the environmental impact on the hills was thoroughly studied. These projects are necessary, but so is preserving Uttarakhand's natural beauty.
₹12,000 crore is a massive investment. While the expressway is great, I sincerely hope the local people and businesses see the real benefits and it doesn't just help outsiders. Jai Uttarakhand!
As someone who travels to Dehradun for work frequently, this will cut my travel time by hours. A much-needed project. Kudos to the teams who worked on it.
The focus should be on the development, not just on who is inaugurating it. This expressway was built by engineers and workers over years. Let's celebrate their hard work too.
Connecting Delhi to Dehradun efficiently is a game-changer. It will help students, pilgrims going to Haridwar/Rishikesh, and boost the local economy. A solid step forward for the state's connectivity.
