Good to see focus on Food & Civil Supplies and Agriculture Marketing. These are crucial departments for controlling prices and helping our farmers. Hope the new appointees like Ram Kumar Gautam and Kumud Singh bring some fresh energy and transparency. 🤞

Duni Chand Rana ji is holding charge of 3-4 major departments! Disaster Management, Environment, HPMC... This is too much for one person. How can anyone be effective with such a huge workload? This "additional charge" culture needs to stop for proper governance.

Interesting to see a 2023 batch officer, Dwij Goel, posted as SDO in Sirmaur. It's good to give young IAS officers field experience early. The hills have unique challenges. Hope he connects well with the local communities in Paonta Sahib.

The appointment for the Parvati Project LO is critical. Hydro projects in Kullu need careful handling of land acquisition and environmental concerns. Hope Akanksha Sharma can balance development with the ecological sensitivity of the region. Jai Himachal!

Hope this reshuffle actually improves things on the ground. We hear about "administrative efficiency" every time, but in my district, the SDM office still takes weeks for a simple certificate. Actions matter more than notifications. All the best to the officers!
