Another round of IAS/HAS transfers! I wonder how long it takes for these officers to settle in new roles and actually start working. Meanwhile, common people face delays in basic services. Hope the new MD of HP Milkfed works on improving dairy farmers' conditions 🙏

Very interesting! Noticed many 2018-2021 batch officers getting key positions. This could be a great opportunity for young IAS officers to prove their mettle. But honestly, can the government also focus on reducing the transfer culture? It disrupts ongoing projects every time. Just saying 🤷

I've dealt with Indian bureaucracy before - these reshuffles happen often. But it's good to see someone like Abhishek Jain, with years of experience, get a key finance role. Hope the new ADC in Solan brings fresh energy. Himachal is a beautiful state with huge potential!

As an officer myself, I appreciate getting a new challenge at the Land Records department. The digitalization of land records is crucial for our state. But let's be honest, constant transfers make it hard to build consistent policies. Accountability matters! 📋

Finally some movement in HP administration! 💪 Wish the new MD of Medical Services Corporation works on improving healthcare facilities in rural areas. Officers like Ajay Yadav have big responsibility now. Hoping for the best 🤞
