Thank God no casualties reported so far. Our fire fighters are real heroes, rushing into danger when everyone else runs away. Salute to them! 🚒 Hope the operations are successful quickly.
Kandla SEZ is a crucial economic hub. A fire here could have serious implications for exports and local employment. Companies must invest in modern fire suppression systems. This is a wake-up call.
So worrying for the workers and residents nearby. After the Surat incident, you'd think there would be heightened vigilance. The frequency is alarming. Authorities, please take strict action against violators of safety norms.
Gujarat is our industrial powerhouse. We cannot afford such incidents that damage investor confidence and put lives at risk. Time for a state-wide safety drive, not just in Surat or Gandhidham.
My cousin works in a unit near there. The family is very tense until we get more details. Praying for everyone's safety. These zones need better emergency protocols and regular drills.
