Good step by the CM and the pharma company for CSR. But one van for Bhavnagar? The need is massive. What about the tribal areas of Dang or the Kutch region? The government needs to scale this up significantly, not just inaugurate one van.

The tele-consultation facility is a smart use of technology. It can connect remote patients with specialists in Ahmedabad or Mumbai. This model should be replicated for other diseases too.

Jai Hind! This is what 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas' looks like on the ground. PM Modi's vision for health is being implemented well in Gujarat. Hope other states learn from this public-private partnership model.

Screening for so many cancers in one van is impressive. But the real challenge is awareness. In villages, people often hide symptoms due to stigma or fear. They need to run awareness camps alongside the screening.

As someone from a rural background, I appreciate this. Traveling to cities for tests costs a fortune in travel and lost wages. If the van comes to the taluka, it's a huge burden off poor families. More power to Asha Van!
