This is a solid public health response. Surveying over 1.5 lakh people and distributing chlorine/ORS shows proactive steps. The focus on pipeline inspection is key for long-term prevention.

While the meeting and directives sound good, the real test is on the ground. We've seen announcements before, but water quality issues persist in many cities. I hope this leads to actual, sustained improvement for Gandhinagar's residents.

Super chlorination and fixing leaks should have been routine maintenance! Why wait for an outbreak? Still, better late than never. Hope they apply this to all of Gujarat's urban areas.

As a Gandhinagar resident, I've seen the teams working. The distribution of chlorine tablets was very prompt. Feeling reassured by this high-level attention. Thank you to the health workers on the ground! 👍

Coordination between Municipal Corp and Health Dept is vital. The decline in cases is encouraging. Now, please ensure clean drinking water is a permanent right, not a crisis-time measure. Jai Hind.
