Love the focus on sustainability! 🙌 But let's be honest, the real challenge is the pollution from textile dyeing in places like Tirupur and Palakkad. I hope they showcase actual eco-friendly solutions and not just greenwashing. Also, glad to see Jammu & Kashmir and Manipur as exhibitor states—the craft from those regions is incredible.
As someone who sources textiles for a UK brand, I'm genuinely excited about this. India's handloom sector is unmatched—but we need consistency in quality and delivery timelines. If Bharat Tex 2026 can address that, it'll be a game-changer for global buyers.
Wait, 1.6 million sq ft? That's massive! 😲 But I wish they'd focus more on technical textiles—India is still behind China in that segment. Also, 350 speakers from 20 countries sounds impressive, but let's hope they don't just talk in English and ignore our regional textile hubs.
This is great for the economy, but I'm wondering about the common man—will this reduce the price of clothes for us? 😅 And please tell me they'll have proper public transport and parking arrangements at Bharat Mandapam. Last time for a similar event, we spent 2 hours just parking!
Impressive numbers. But as someone who's attended similar events in Europe, I hope the execution matches the ambition—logistics, cleanliness, and digital registration need to be world-class. Also, kudos to including states like Bihar and Jharkhand; they have untapped textile potential.
