John Lithgow as Dumbledore is a fascinating choice! The cast looks promising overall. I just finished re-reading the books with my daughter. Can't wait to watch this new adaptation with her. Hope it captures the magic for a new generation.

Honestly, do we need another adaptation? The original films are perfect. Feels like they're just cashing in on nostalgia. The money and effort could go into creating new, original magical stories, maybe even inspired by Indian mythology like Amar Chitra Katha!

The production design by Mara LePere-Schloop sounds promising, especially with her work on Pachinko. A series format will finally do justice to all the subplots and character development. Excited to see more of the Hogwarts daily life that the movies skipped.

As long as they keep the heart of the story, I'm all in. The trio's friendship was everything. My friends and I used to debate which house we'd be in during college in Delhi. Good memories. Hope the new actors have great chemistry.

Paapa Essiedu as Snape! That's a brilliant casting. He's a phenomenal actor. This has potential. But the pressure is immense. The Wizarding World is like a second home to millions. Fingers crossed they don't disapparate with the quality. ✨
