Farah Khan reveals Suzzanne Khan has put her on a 'gold diet': Can't eat anything
Mumbai, May 23
Filmmaker-choreographer and now a star YouTuber, Farah Khan has talked about how much she detests "early morning flights" and revealed that Hrithik Roshan's former wife Sussanne Khan has put her on a "gold diet".
Farah first shared a picture of herself on her stories section on Instagram, where she is seen posing for a picture on the passenger boarding bridge.
She wrote as the caption: "Early morning flights are never a good idea."
Farah added the song "Aaj subah jab main jaga" from the 1986 film "Aag Aur Shola" as the background score of the film.
The filmmaker-choreographer and Youtuber then shared a video of herself from the lounge area of the airport and said that she cannot eat anything because Sussanne Khan has put her on a "gold diet."
She said in the clip: "Hi guys I cant eat anything because Suzzanne Khan has put me on a gold diet."
Farah wrote as the caption: "@suzkr has put me on a 'gold diet'."
In other news, Farah had recently visited Shiv Thakare's house, where she was treated to an authentic Maharashtrian meal prepared by his grandmother, whom he fondly calls 'Aaji'.
In the pictures, Shiv was seen posing with Farah, his mother and grandmother at their home. Another video clip showed Farah relishing a traditional Maharashtrian thali consisting of 'bhakri-pitla' and 'aamras'.
Sharing the post, Shiv captioned it, "Tiffin return is mandatory #indianmom . @farahkhankunder Tai . . #aajisaheb #indianmom #tiffin less"
While enjoying the meal, Farah said, "Aaji ke haath ka sabko nahi milta", as Shiv's grandmother kissed her cheeks out of affection. (Not everyone gets the privilege of eating food cooked by grandmother's hands).
Farah made her debut with the commercially successful Main Hoon Na in 2004, followed by Om Shanti Om. She later directed Tees Maar Khan and the ensemble heist musical Happy New Year.

Not sure I get the "gold diet" thing — is it a real diet or just a joke? Either way, Farah's YouTube content is entertaining. And that clip of her with Shiv's grandmother is wholesome. Indian grandmas really are the best chefs!
Farah Khan is a vibe! From choreographing blockbusters to making relatable content about hating early flights — she's just like us. But honestly, I hope she doesn't go overboard with these fad diets. Good health comes from balance, not restrictions 😊
Can't help but giggle at the "gold diet" — sounds like something straight out of a Bollywood movie! But on a serious note, it's nice to see Farah embracing her Indian roots and enjoying simple home-cooked meals like bhakri-pitla. That's real luxury!
Okay, I love Farah but this "gold diet" thing feels a bit tone-deaf when so many people can't afford basic nutrition. 😕 Maybe she meant it as a joke, but it comes off as privileged. That said, her content is usually fun and I'm glad she's sharing real moments like the grandmother's meal.
"Aaji ke haath ka sabko nahi milta" — so true! Farah is living her best life, from airport lounges to homespun Maharashtrian feasts. We need more of this unfiltered content from Bollywood folks. Also, early morning flights are literally the worst, totally with her on that! ✈️😩
