Honestly, I never understood the hype around 'Awarapan' when it first came out. But after rewatching it last year, I get it now. The raw emotion, the silence in Shivam's eyes... Emraan Hashmi really outdid himself. And that teaser for 'Awarapan 2' looks intense. Mithoon's version of 'Toh Phir Aao' gave me chills. Please don't mess this up, makers! 🤞

The original movie is a cult classic because it spoke to the '90s kids' generation about love and loss in a way Bollywood rarely does. I'm happy to see Emraan still passionate about Shivam. My only concern: don't let this sequel turn into a cash grab. The teaser looked promising, but I'm cautiously optimistic. Also, Shabana Azmi and Disha Patani in the same film? Interesting casting choice.

Emraan Hashmi is one of the most underrated actors in Bollywood. While everyone talks about his 'serial kisser' image, he's given us gems like 'Murder', 'Jannat', and of course 'Awarapan'. Shivam was a haunting character. The way he carried that grief throughout the film... it stayed with me for days. So happy to see him get the love he deserves now. #Awarapan2 is going to be special. ❤️

Nostalgia is a powerful thing. 'Awarapan' came out when I was in Class 10, and 'Tera Mera Rishta' was everyone's favourite wedding song. But the real gem was 'Mahiya' - that montage with Mrinalini Sharma was pure magic. Emraan bhai saying he's been carrying Shivam for 19 years feels so genuine. I just hope Nitin Kakkar respects the soul of the original. August 2026? That's a long wait, but
