Good news, but also worrying that he was active since 2021-22. It shows how deep the infiltration problem is. We need stronger surveillance and intelligence at the border to stop them from entering in the first place. Our forces are doing their best, but prevention is key.

Reading about the drug peddler arrests along with these encounters is concerning. It seems like a multi-front challenge in the region – terrorism and narcotics. The police and forces have a tough job. Respect.

The article mentions he was spotted in Doda, Udhampur, and Kathua. It's scary how mobile these elements are. The local communities in these districts must be living under constant fear. Hope this elimination brings them some relief. Our hearts are with the civilians there.

While we celebrate this win, we must also ask: what about the handlers across the border who sent him? Until the source is plugged, we will keep seeing such news. Our diplomacy needs to match the bravery of our soldiers on the ground.
