Delhi CM Rekha Gupta visits Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, reviews healthcare services

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Sunday visited Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital in Mayur Vihar Phase-II and interacted with patients and their attendants, seeking feedback on the healthcare facilities and services being provided at the hospital.
During the visit, the Chief Minister listened to the experiences, suggestions and expectations shared by patients and their families. She said that direct interaction with citizens plays a crucial role in understanding ground-level issues and improving the healthcare system.
The Chief Minister emphasised that public engagement is the foundation of an effective and responsive healthcare framework, adding that the concerns and feedback of patients must remain central to efforts aimed at strengthening medical services in Delhi.
During her inspection, Rekha Gupta reviewed various aspects of the hospital's functioning, including cleanliness standards, availability of medicines and the overall quality of healthcare services.
