Great achievement, no doubt. But I hope this efficiency and the profits also translate into better infrastructure and facilities for the local communities around Kandla. Development should be holistic.
Operational resilience amidst geopolitical challenges is the key takeaway. With issues in the Red Sea, our ports need to be robust. Kudos to the team at DPA for keeping the supply chains moving. Jai Hind!
While the milestone is impressive, the statement feels overly political. The credit should first go to the thousands of dock workers, engineers, and logistics staff who actually do the work day and night. They are the real heroes.
This is a solid step towards Viksit Bharat. Strong ports mean strong economy. Hope the efficiency and capacity improvements continue across all our major ports. Make in India gets a big boost with this!
As someone in international trade, I can say Kandla's performance is remarkable. Handling 35+ vessels in 72 hours is no small feat. This reliability is crucial for global confidence in Indian logistics.
