Parul Chaudhary is such an inspiration! From Asian Games success to competing at Commonwealth Games, she's showing what Indian women athletes can achieve. Hope she wins her first CWG medal today 🙏

Honestly, I'm a bit concerned about our athletics contingent. Too many athletes in qualifying rounds without clear medal prospects. We need better grassroots development. That said, best of luck to everyone competing today!

Love the diversity of sports today - from weightlifting to lawn bowls to para track cycling. Lisha Das in the pursuit event could be a dark horse. Come on India! 🏅

Nidhi Rani and Seema in discus throw - this could be our chance in field events. We've underperformed in athletics so far compared to weightlifting. Hoping for a surprise medal from them 🤞

Tejaswin Shankar in decathlon is the one to watch! Competing across multiple events requires incredible endurance. Hope he qualifies for the later stages. Rooting for our athletes today.
