Congratulations to all the Indian athletes! Berwal fought hard against a tough opponent, and that silver is well-deserved. The boxing team's dominance is truly remarkable. Great to see India shining at the CWG!
Gulveer Singh is a STAR! 🌟 First Indian to medal in 5000m at CWG, and also had that incredible 10,000m silver. Our athletics is really improving now. This is what proper training and support can do. So proud of our athletes!
Seven gold medals in boxing is no joke! Our boxers have consistently performed well at international events. While I'm thrilled with the results, I do think we need to focus more on the technical aspects of our athletes' training to convert those silvers and bronze to gold at the Olympics as well.
Gulveer's final lap sprint was something else! What a tactical masterclass. And Berwal pushing through against the home favorite in England - massive respect. 10 medals in boxing shows the depth we have now. Well done team India! 🏅
This is just the beginning! With proper grassroots development, we can dominate the next Olympics too. Berwal may have lost the final but reaching there itself is a huge achievement. And Gulveer's double medal haul in long distance running is historic. Jai Hind! 🇮🇳
