Being the CM's son puts extra pressure on him — people will watch every move. I hope he doesn't just make promises like others. We need proper medicines in PHCs, trained nurses, and honest doctors. No more "sarkari hospital mein kuch nahi milta" excuses!

Talk is cheap. Every new minister says they'll end corruption. But let's be honest — the health department in Bihar is notorious for bribery in PHCs and hospitals. If he can even reduce it by 50%, that would be a miracle. Let's wait and watch.

Finally someone who studied in Delhi and has exposure to modern healthcare systems is taking charge! Nishant Kumar has education from outside Bihar, hope he brings fresh ideas. But please sir, focus on rural areas — people in villages still travel 50 km for basic treatment. 🏥

I appreciate the sentiment on day one. But everyone knows how political appointments work in Bihar. Let's see if he can stand against the system. One practical step: make hospital OPDs free and functional 24/7. Put CCTV cameras in every government hospital to stop corruption.

Nishant Kumar is young and educated — that gives hope. But the real test will be how he handles the powerful lobbies in medical supply chains. We've seen ministers come and go, but the real change happens when patients don't have to pay bribes for free medicines. Just do that, sir!
