Vikramaditya Singh for Mandi is an interesting choice. He carries a legacy name, but will that translate into effective campaigning? The real test is on the ground, not just on paper appointments. Best of luck to all of them.

As someone who has visited Dharamshala, local issues there are unique with the tourist influx. Hope R.S. Bali has a solid plan for infrastructure that balances resident needs with tourism. Smart move to appoint specific in-charges.

Streamlining is good, but appointments alone won't win elections. They need to show what they've done for these cities in the past and what their vision is. The BJP will not make it easy. Congress needs a very strong local agenda.

Finally some action! Municipal corporations directly impact our daily lives. I hope these leaders actually visit wards, listen to mohalla problems, and don't just do VIP campaigning. Our votes will depend on that connection. 🙏

Solan and Palampur are key. Good experienced choices for both. This is about booth management and voter outreach now. The notification says "immediate effect" – they should hit the ground running from today itself. No time to waste.
