All well and good, but I hope these new leaders focus on real issues like MSME support, job creation, and not just high-level networking. We need concrete action, not just prestigious appointments.

Dr. Suchitra Ella's journey is truly inspiring - from founding Bharat Biotech in 1996 to getting Padma Bhushan. We need more women at the top in Indian industry, and CII seems to be walking the talk. Also, Shashwat Goenka at 40 under 40 is well deserved!

Interesting to see an American perspective here. This is a solid leadership team. Mukundan's Harvard Business School and IIT background plus Ella's biotech expertise - CII seems to be balancing traditional manufacturing with cutting-edge science. Hope they push for more R&D investment in India.

Great that CII is recognizing talent from different sectors - chemicals, biotech, and conglomerates. But I wonder how much impact these appointments have on the ground for common citizens. Still, congratulations to all the new office bearers! 🎉
