Interesting to see a judge from the north being transferred to a southern high court. It promotes a national perspective in the judiciary, which is healthy. Her wide experience in criminal, civil, and constitutional matters will be a great asset.

While I understand the need for transfers, I hope the process is transparent. Families get uprooted and judges have to adapt to new environments and legal cultures. The system must provide adequate support. Wishing her the very best in her new role.

She has an impressive career spanning over three decades! From representing Chandigarh to becoming a judge and now likely Chief Justice. This is inspiring for young lawyers, especially women in law. More power to her! 💪

Respectfully, I have to question the timing and the "policy" mentioned. While the intent to improve administration is noble, these transfers sometimes feel arbitrary. Is there a clear set of criteria being followed for the public to see? The judiciary's independence is paramount.
