The coordination between the state budget session and the central parliament session is interesting. Hopefully, it leads to better synergy for NE development projects. The all-party meeting is a good step for smooth functioning.

With President Murmu addressing the parliament, it's a significant session. For Assam, I really hope the budget allocates substantial funds for healthcare, especially in rural areas. Our PHCs need serious upgrades.

Observing from outside, the process seems very structured. The 'Vote on Account' provision is a practical part of Indian parliamentary procedure to allow continuity of government spending. Hope the discussions are productive.

Let's hope the session is about actual work and not just political grandstanding. The people of Assam need solutions for unemployment and improving connectivity, not endless debates. The proof will be in the budgetary allocations.

February 1st for the Union Budget! That's the big one. Assam's budget should complement the central vision, especially for Act East Policy projects. Fingers crossed for good news on economic growth. 🇮🇳
