BJP Chief Nitin Nabin Honors Visually Impaired Cricketers' Spirit

BJP President Nitin Nabin interacted with national-level visually impaired cricketers at the party's central office in Delhi, praising their inspiring achievements and indomitable spirit. The players are in the capital for the Shri Atal T-20 Cricket Cup for Blind, a national and regional competition aimed at mainstreaming differently-abled athletes. Nabin encouraged the players to continue spreading light in their lives and society, emphasizing their determination as a lesson for all citizens. He also paid tributes to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on his death anniversary, honoring his legacy of national service and good governance.

Bharatiya Janata Party President Nitin Nabin on Sunday interacted with national‑level visually impaired cricket players at the party's central office in Delhi, complementing them for their inspiring achievements.

On this occasion, Nabin praised the players' indomitable spirit and excellent sportsmanship.

All players have come to Delhi to participate in the upcoming 'Shri Atal T‑20 Cricket Cup for Blind'.

With the objective of bringing differently‑abled and blind cricket players into the mainstream and encouraging them, the 'Shri Atal Cup' is organised at national and regional levels.

This year the 'Shri Atal T‑20 Cricket Cup for Blind' is being held in Delhi on August 17, 18, and 19.

Addressing the players, the BJP President appreciated the event and said that this national‑level competition for the encouragement of visually impaired players is a highly commendable and inspiring platform.

He expressed his wish that all the players continue to spread light in their lives and in society in the same way.

Saluting the struggles of the players, Nabin said that their spirit will continue to inspire every citizen of the country that whatever the circumstances may be, one should never let dreams die but move forward in life with even greater passion and determination.

In a message on social media platform X, the BJP Chief said, "Inspiring interaction with our national-level blind cricketers from Delhi, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir at the BJP Headquarters in New Delhi today. Their grit, passion, and unyielding dedication on the field are a powerful reminder to our youth that no challenge is too big when driven by determination and a dream."

Earlier on Sunday, Nabin paid tributes to Bharat Ratna and former Prime Minister late Atal Bihari Vajpayee on the latter's death anniversary.

In a message on X, the BJP President said, "Paid heartfelt tributes to Bharat Ratna and former Prime Minister late Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji on his Punya Tithi at 'Sadaiv Atal'. A towering statesman and true visionary, Atal Ji's life was dedicated to national service, integrity, and good governance. His ideals will forever guide our path towards nation-building."
