Good to see 7,312 women selected! Hope they get proper postings and support. But 17 transgender candidates is still very low - we need more inclusive recruitment policies. Also, character verification should be fair, not biased.
Honest opinion: 99,690 shortlisted for PET but only 79,932 participated - that's nearly 20,000 dropouts. Either the exam was too tough or something fishy? Also, 332 Home Guards selected is great but they already have experience in policing. Let's hope the new recruits get proper training.
My cousin was one of the selected candidates! She's been preparing for 3 years. The competition is insane - 17 lakh applicants for less than 20K posts. The government needs to create more job opportunities. But happy for all selected ones! 🎉
Transparent process? Let's see the actual results. Many candidates still face issues with reservation quotas. Also, medical examinations should not be an excuse to reject genuine candidates. But credit where due - at least the results are out before the next election.
Great news for Bihar! These 19,838 constables will definitely help in reducing crime rates. I just hope they are deployed in rural areas too, not just Patna. And please ensure they get proper accommodation and facilities. 🤞
