The Chief Minister said the Education Department has sent the recruitment requisition to the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC), paving the way for the recruitment process.

Sharing the announcement on social media, the Chief Minister described the recruitment drive as a significant step towards creating employment opportunities for the state's youth while strengthening Bihar's education system.

He said the government remains committed to providing maximum employment and ensuring quality education as part of its vision for a developed Bihar.

According to the details released by the Chief Minister, the 32,388 vacancies have been distributed in four categories.

For classes 1 to 5: 3,847 posts, classes 6 to 8: 8,563 posts, classes 9 to 10: 3,877 posts, and classes 11 to 12: 16,101 posts.

The largest share of vacancies has been earmarked for higher secondary classes (11 and 12), with more than 16,000 teaching positions.

The announcement follows earlier remarks by the Education Minister, who had informed the media that the requisition for TRE-4 had already been forwarded to the Chief Minister's Secretariat.

He had said that the final number of vacancies would be announced by the Chief Minister.

With Wednesday's announcement, the long-awaited clarity on the recruitment has finally arrived, bringing renewed hope to teacher aspirants across the state.

The state government has also provided relief to serving teachers by launching a dedicated online transfer portal, effective July 29.

Teachers seeking transfers can now submit their applications through the portal.

According to the Education Department, the entire transfer process-from application to final approval-will be conducted online, making it more transparent, convenient, and time-bound.

Officials believe the digital system will reduce unnecessary delays and simplify the transfer process for teachers.

Finally some good news for Bihar's unemployed youth! 😊 As a teacher aspirant myself, this is exactly what we were waiting for. The online transfer portal is a game-changer too - no more running around government offices with files. Hope the process remains transparent and merit-based.

Good step but 16,101 posts for classes 11-12? That's almost half the vacancies! What about primary education which needs more attention in Bihar? Also, will these teachers get proper salary or just honorarium like before? State should ensure timely payment.

Online transfer portal is the real hero here! Teachers ko ab apni mann se transfer nahi kar sakte bina kisi system ke. This will reduce corruption in teacher transfers which was a huge problem. Well done Bihar government 👏

Honestly, I'm skeptical. Last time in TRE-3, many candidates complained about technical glitches and result delays. Hope BPSC has fixed their system this time. Also, why only 3,847 posts for primary classes? Bacchon ki foundation strong karne ke liye primary teachers ki zaroorat hai!

Yaar, 32,388 posts sunke toh bahut khushi hui! Meri didi 4 saal se teacher job ke liye wait kar rahi hai. Bas ab exam jaldi karayein aur transparent rahein. Bihar ke students deserve good teachers. 🙏
