Training is essential, but I hope they also focus on reducing the actual processing time. My application at a POPSK took over a month, and the status tracker was not updated regularly. The intent is good, but execution needs to match the promises.

The accessibility initiative mentioned at the end is truly commendable. Making services available in Braille and sign language is a big step towards an inclusive India. More government offices should follow this lead. Jai Hind!

Over 3 lakh applications! That's a huge number. It's good to see the postal department, which was once considered slow, now playing such a vital role in modern citizen services. My father was a postman, and he would be proud to see this evolution.

Seven new POPSKs in two years is impressive. It shows the government is serious about taking services to the hinterlands. Hope they expand this network further to block levels as well. The real 'Digital India' success story is in these small efforts.

As someone who recently went through the passport process in MP, I found the staff at the POPSK to be helpful but sometimes unsure of the latest procedures. This training is a step in the right direction. Consistency across all centres is key.
