CM Sarma has been doing good work in Assam - education, health, infrastructure all seeing progress. ₹376 cr for a flyover is significant investment. Let's hope these translate to real benefits for common people.

Development is happening but we also need more focus on flood control and agriculture - those affect thousands of Assamese families directly. Infrastructure is good but basic needs matter more.

Six consecutive terms as MLA shows people's trust in him! That's no small feat. Hopefully he uses this opportunity to make Assam a model state for the Northeast. The flyover naming after Syama Prasad Mookerjee is a nice tribute to our heritage.

Good to see state and central governments working together. But I wish such meetings also discussed environmental concerns - deforestation in Assam is worrying. Development shouldn't come at cost of our forests. 🌳
