I understand the importance of such meetings for state development, but I wish they would also focus on pressing issues like flood management and rural roads. Flyovers are great for cities, but villages need attention too.
Interesting to see this level of coordination between state and central governments in India. The ₹376 crore flyover shows serious investment in urban infrastructure. If India continues this pace, it could really transform state economies. Good on the Assam CM for pushing growth.
Naming the flyover after Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee is a thoughtful gesture. He was a visionary. But more than nameplates, I hope the state government ensures timely maintenance of this flyover—many projects look good at inauguration but deteriorate quickly. 🤞
As someone from Guwahati, I can say this flyover was much needed. The connectivity from the medical college to NH-27 will genuinely help patients and commuters. Thank you CM for prioritizing this! Just hope the project was completed without cost overruns...
A ₹376 crore infrastructure investment in a state like Assam is significant. It shows the central government's commitment to developing the Northeast. I appreciate the transparency in sharing these meetings on social media—it helps citizens stay informed about their leaders' work.
