Very concerning. My cousin lives near Tinsukia. Thank God the Army neutralised the bombs safely. But why are these attacks still happening? The government needs to address the root causes, not just security.

Professionalism of our armed forces is unmatched. From cordoning off to controlled detonation, they did everything by the book. Hope the injured police personnel recover soon. CM Sarma is right, the perpetrators must be caught.

Reading this from abroad. It's scary to think about unexploded ordnance near civilian areas. Kudos to the coordinated response. Peace and development are fragile; hope the region remains stable.

While the Army's action is commendable, the CM mixing this serious security issue with election campaigning for his candidate in Haflong leaves a bad taste. Focus should be 100% on security, not politics.

RPGs and UBGLs... these are serious weapons. Shows the intent was to cause maximum damage. Intelligence needs to be stepped up to prevent such attacks before they happen. Our forces are reactive heroes, but we need proactive prevention.
