Love how the Army is not just about defense but also community building. These small initiatives go a long way in connecting with local communities in the Northeast. Yoga for mental well-being is especially relevant for youngsters today.

Impressive outreach by the Indian Army. Combining yoga with sports tournaments is a smart way to get young people interested in fitness and discipline. Wish we saw more of this in other parts of the country too.

Honestly, while this is nice, I wish the Army would also focus on more tangible infrastructure and educational support in these remote areas. Yoga is good, but kids there need better schools and hospitals too. Just saying...

As someone from Arunachal, this makes me proud. The Army has always been a positive presence in our border areas. Yoga brings discipline and calmness - exactly what our young athletes need during tournaments. Well done!

A wonderful initiative! The focus on mental well-being alongside physical fitness is very progressive. Combining traditional yoga with modern sports - that's a winning combination for youth empowerment in frontier regions.

Yoga in the beautiful hills of Arunachal Pradesh... what a setting! The Army's efforts to integrate wellness with community engagement are commendable. Hope this becomes a regular feature, not just a one-off event for Yoga Day.
