Mumbai, June 30

Veteran actor Anil Kapoor enjoyed some 'Love served with extra licks' as he decided to spend quality time with his fur baby.

On Tuesday, Anil took to his official Instagram handle and dropped a couple of adorable glimpses of getting kissed by his four-legged friend.

The 'Animal' actor also uploaded a video of chilling with his pet dog on the sofa while he licked his face continuously.

He captioned the post, "Love, served with extra licks (sic)," followed by laughing with tears and red-heart emojis.

Anil's younger daughter, Rhea Kapoor, reacted to the post with several heart-eye emojis.

Back in 2020, Rhea had introduced her pet dog, Russell Crowe Kapoor, on social media via an adorable post.

"We have a new family member. His name is Russell Crowe Kapoor. He is @theprinceofjuhu He already runs this house. He is 55 days old and a bundle of love. He got sick the first two days in and scared the shit out of all us, I cried like a baby after months. He is back to top form now. He is everything. #theprinceofjuhu," Rhea wrote on the photo-sharing app.

Rhea also went ahead and created a new Instagram account for Russell Crowe Kapoor.

In the first photo, little Russell Crowe Kapoor can be seen chilling on the cushion with the 'Mr India' actor.

Work-wise, Anil will be seen playing a significant role in the much-talked-about spy thriller 'Alpha', where he will be seen sharing the screen with Alia Bhatt and Sharvari. Directed by Shiv Rawail, it is being touted as the first female-led film in the YRF Spy Universe.

The project is expected to reach the movie buffs on July 3 this year.

Furthermore, Anil will also be a part of Shah Rukh Khan's "King". The Siddharth Anand's directorial will mark the first on-screen collaboration of SRK with his daughter Suhana Khan.

The primary cast of the drama further includes Abhishek Bachchan, Jackie Shroff, Arshad Warsi, Rani Mukerji, Jaideep Ahlawat, Raghav Juyal, and Abhay Verma.

Rhea Kapoor naming her dog after Russell Crowe and giving him his own Instagram - that's some serious Bollywood-style pet parenting. Love the 'Prince of Juhu' title too. But honestly, it's a bit over the top, no? Still, cute photos! 🐾

Anil Kapoor and his dog - pure serotonin boost! 🥹 The way that dog licks his face nonstop is too cute. And Rhea's reaction with heart-eye emojis says it all. Bollywood families and their pets are my new favourite thing!

Frankly, there are thousands of stray dogs in Mumbai that need love and adoption. It's great that celebrities care about animals, but I hope they also support animal rescue efforts, not just their own pampered pets. Just saying.

As someone from the US, I find it fascinating how Bollywood stars treat their pets like royalty. The Prince of Juhu - that's hilarious! Anil Kapoor seems like a fun dad. Can't wait to see him in 'Alpha' with Alia Bhatt - that spy universe is getting huge!

The way he captioned it "Love, served with extra licks" - Anil Kapoor has the best sense of humour. Even at 68, he's all about the fun. And Russell Crowe Kapoor is the most well-named dog in India! 😂❤️
