Respect to Akshay Kumar for sharing this. It's a great message for the youth - don't put limits on yourself. Who knows what the future holds? But maybe the Donald Trump son example was a bit too much, haha!

Interesting perspective. In the West, we often talk about "manifesting" your destiny. Seems like Akshay is talking about a similar concept of self-belief, but with a very Indian, filmy twist!

My father always says "kismet ki lakeer" cannot be changed. This story proves it. From seeing Rajesh Khanna's car as a child to becoming his son-in-law... it was all written. Beautiful.

While the sentiment is nice, I feel we should be careful. Not every story has a fairy-tale ending. Hard work and circumstance matter more than just destiny. We shouldn't give false hope.

Carter Road and Bandstand in the 80s/90s must have been something else! Stars just driving around. Simpler times. Now it's all paparazzi and social media. Miss those days.
