Flew with them to Phuket last month. The experience was smooth and the fares were very competitive. Good to see an Indian airline expanding so fast with a clear plan. The fuel-efficient planes are a plus for the environment.

While the growth is impressive, I hope they don't compromise on customer service. We've seen other airlines start well and then become complacent. The real test is maintaining standards during rapid expansion.

24 million passengers in 3.5 years is no small feat! Their focus on Tier-2 city connectivity has been a game changer for many of us. Hope they add more direct flights from places like Coimbatore and Indore to the Gulf.

The quieter cabin is a blessing! Travelling with my toddler is less stressful on Akasa flights. More power to them. Hope they start flights to Singapore and Bangkok soon.
