Such a tragic loss. My heart goes out to Sunetra Pawar and their sons. To lose a loved one so suddenly is unbearable. The state holiday is a fitting tribute to a leader who dedicated his life to public service.

Om Birla ji is right. He will be remembered for his work. But this crash raises serious questions again about the safety of small aircraft and charter flights in India. The DGCA probe must be thorough and its findings made public.

Reading about the PSO, flight attendant, and pilots who also died is heartbreaking. They were someone's family too. Their sacrifice in the line of duty should not be forgotten. Condolences to all the families affected by this tragedy.

Six terms as Deputy CM! That's a record that shows his political acumen and the trust various CMs had in him. A sharp political mind is gone. Maharashtra politics will not be the same.

He was campaigning for Zilla Panchayat elections until his last breath. That's commitment. A tragic end for a leader who was always on the ground. May his soul rest in peace.
